Principal Architect
Mellissa Aves is a registered architect and certified passive house designer with more than 20 years of experience working across a range of respected practices and project types.
Since 2019, she has specialised in energy-efficient homes, including Australia’s first passive house certified hempcrete Passive House.
Mellissa takes the time to understand each client’s needs and believes that both our built and natural environments play an important role in supporting physical and mental wellbeing.
Grounded in the Sunshine Coast’s climate and lifestyle, her architecture embraces light, landscape, and the relaxed rhythm of coastal living.
